Took my SUV in to have the door repaired. Was welcomed with smiles and Mark. He was absolutely fantastic. Step by step he explained what they would the Car Star team would be doing to my vehicle in a language that I totally understood. I was never rushed and Mark made sure I understood everything from beginning to end. They also explained everything about my rental SUV as well. Paige was very patient and told me everything I needed to know and was super with answering any questions (and worries) I had during the 8 days that I had the rental. Had a very good experience. The shipping of my car part took very long but they ensured that they gave me updates. I’m very impressed with the manager/supervisor(not too sure) at CARSTAR he truly cares about his customers and that’s good service. He also had someone deliver my car to Charlottetown all the way from Summerside when I couldn’t make it to pick it up. The car was also fixed as good as new couldn’t even tell, very clean work. I highly recommend.
